Who I Help

In my years working in orthopedics, I saw the same story over and over—active adults sidelined by pain and degeneration that could’ve been prevented. I don't often have the time in a traditional 15-minute clinic visit to adequately explain, educate, and provide the support and strategy people really need to stay active and well.
